Race your own boat, or join a crew. Racing is the best way to schedule time out on the water, and to improve your skills. The Bluewater Area is home to the healthiest racing fleet on the Great Lakes. Boats from Lake Huron Yachts, The Sarnia Yacht Club, Bridgeview Marina, Desmond Marine, and the Port Huron Yacht Club combine for weeknight racing fleet, and weekend regattas.

On an average Wednesday night race, the start line sees over 50 boats cross it.

Port Huron is also home to the Bayview Mackinac race. There is no better spot to watch the start than on your own boat, 5 minutes after casting off your dock lines.
